With a distinguished career in high-altitude mountaineering, he has successfully summited all 14 of the world’s highest mountains, including Mount Everest 10 times, setting a remarkable standard for both speed and safety. His proven track record includes leading expeditions to multiple 8,000-meter peaks with an impeccable safety and success rate, underscoring his commitment to delivering exceptional mountain experiences.
In addition to his record-breaking achievements on 8,000-meter peaks, Pasang Tendi Sherpa has also summited a wide range of 6,000-meter peaks, including Sarebung, Lobuche West, Yalung Ri, Lobuche East (12 times), Island Peak (9 times), Ama Dablam (7 times), Mera Peak (4 times), and Pharchamo (3 times).

- In 2023, rescuing a stranded climber at 6,000 meters on the Kinshofer Wall of Nanga Parbat, and saving a Nepal Army officer from the South Summit (~8,700 meters) of Everest.
- In 2022, recovering a deceased climber from the South Col (7,900 meters) of Everest, and rescuing climbing Sherpas at 7,000 meters on Manaslu.
- In 2012, recovering the bodies of 12 climbers at 6,800 meters on Manaslu.
